| According to wikipedia, a wiki "is software that allows users to create, edit, and link web pages easily.." Wiki's are becoming a very popular and powerful means to collaboratively create and share information. If you are new to wikis, wondering what they are and how you can use them to improve peer-to-peer and teacher-student collaboration, read What's a wiki and why do I care. This wiki is a meeting place to experiment with and exchange ideas about online mathematics education collaborative tools. Our intent is to:
Let's get together and share our ideas, successes, and woes about teaching mathematics. Feel free to look around for a while, but then PLEASE join as a registered user, tell your peers about us and contribute to the content of this site. Become aware of the technology your students are using everyday. Understanding how students are learning today. Two of this wiki's members presented at NCCTM in Greensboro. The Web 2.0 presentation is attached below. This attachment was created using Lotus Symphony. | http://vsl.weebly.com/cluster2.html |
