According to wikipedia, a wiki "is software that allows users to create, edit, and link web pages easily.." Wiki's are becoming a very popular and powerful means to collaboratively create and share information. If you are new to wikis, wondering what they are and how you can use them to improve peer-to-peer and teacher-student collaboration, read What's a wiki and why do I care.


This wiki is a meeting place to experiment with and exchange ideas about online mathematics education collaborative tools. Our intent is to:
  • Identify, evaluate, catalog, and aggregate online collaborative tools.
  • Identify technologies and tools that improve in-class mathematics instruction.
  • Identify and leverage technologies trends in education.
  • Improve communication.

Let's get together and share our ideas, successes, and woes about teaching mathematics. Feel free to look around for a while, but then PLEASE join as a registered user, tell your peers about us and contribute to the content of this site.
