For those who are uncomfortable storing their documents on someone else's server. Socialtext's SocialCalc: Currently in beta, will allow multiple users to edit and discuss spreadsheets wiki style.	Other products like Google Spreadsheets and EditGrid also allow for multi-user collaboration; however, Socialtext says its spreadsheet product focuses on facilitating greater conversation as well as searching, linking, authoring and annotation, comments, tagging, feeds and notifications.
